We accept mail-in repair requests nationwide. Please go to your local Australia Post and ship your MacBook devices to us for a free diagnosis and assessment service, we will come back to you with a free quote for your approval before proceeding with the repair service.
Shipping instructions:
- Charger not required, please ask the Post stuff to bubble wrap it into a parcel box.
- Please complete the Repair Form below, then print either the email confirmation or the form itself and include it in the package with your Mac.
