We offer pickup services at 80$ across metro areas nationwide. Over night delivery(Same day for Melbourne).

Pickup instructions:

• Charger not required
• Pack up the device to be ready( Aternatively go to local post office and ask the Post stuff to bubble wrap it into a parcel box, if post, please fill the mail-in repair form instead.). We will follow up to provide you the shipping label if needed.
• Please fill the following Repair Form, then print out either the email confirmation or this form, pack it with your Mac.
