Return to Base (RTB) Warranty Policy
Our repair services are backed by a Return to Base (RTB) warranty. Under this policy, customers are responsible for returning the defective item directly to our Patterson Lakes workshop for repair or replacement.

Warranty Claim Process (During Warranty Period)
1. Drop-off
Bring the item to our workshop.
2. Diagnosis & Assessment
Our technicians will perform a diagnostic and assessment service to identify the root cause of the issue (standard fee applies).
3. Warranty Coverage Evaluation
We will determine if the fault is covered under the warranty terms (6 months limited warranty unless specified differently, physical or liquid damage is not covered under warranty):
